All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made through the supported payment methods shown at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed. Momosays reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
5. Orders & Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking number once it has been shipped. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delays.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Indonesia and to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Any delays caused by courier services or customs are beyond our control.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the fault lies with us.
