Founded by Narova Morina Sinaga, better known as Momo Geisha, Momosays was born out of her love for art, fashion, and self-expression. Established during her time as the vocalist of the Indonesian band Geisha, the brand began as a small creative project she shared with two close friends. Over time, it evolved into a reflection of Momo’s personality bold, grounded, and full of purpose.
From Stage Lights to Streetwear
After stepping away from the entertainment industry, Momo found a new rhythm in creation not through music, but through design. Momosays became her new stage, where every piece of clothing told a story about hard work, authenticity, and confidence. With her husband’s support, Momo built a production space equipped with everything she needed to bring her designs to life all from the ground up.
Local Spirit, Global Vision
Momosays stands for local creativity with a global spirit. Each collection is designed and produced independently in Indonesia, combining comfort, street style, and contemporary attitude. Momo’s vision is to create clothing that doesn’t just look good, but also carries meaning a reminder that passion and perseverance can take you anywhere.
Collaboration with Unggul FC Malang
One of the brand’s milestones is its collaboration with Unggul FC Malang, a futsal team owned by Momo’s husband. Through this partnership, Momosays took part in designing and producing the team’s official jersey symbolizing hard work, unity, and family support. For Momo, this collaboration was more than business it was a way to appreciate and celebrate a shared journey built from zero.
